Castle Megastores Emerges from Bankruptcy

Adult retailer Castle Megastores has emerged from its Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization and now has a new owner. The company entered into bankruptcy protection on May 19.

The company is now owned by CEO Mark Franks. The company will continue to operate from it corporate office in Tempe and plans to expand in several ways, including a radio station.
