Clothing Store Facing Financial Bankruptcy

by Administrator 7. March 2011 05:45

California based clothing store and label, No Fear, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, in an effort to reorganize the company's finances while continuing to operate its businesses.

The company's CEO, Mark Simo, has stated that the clothing company's financial misfortunes have been due to the down-turned economy. The company is based in California and has forty-one stores in the U.S., including one in Arizona.

All of the chain's stores will remain open, and the bankruptcy should not affect consumers in any way.
