by Administrator 21. December 2011 04:33

A Scottsdale businessman, who owns 54 Arby's restaurant locations in Arizona and one in New Mexico, is the leader of three limited-liability companies that have now filed petitions seeking bankruptcy protection.

The decision to file for bankruptcy comes from the down economy and nearly 42 of the restaraunts are in the Pheonix area and the rest are throughout the state.

The bankruptcy filing will allow the owners to decide what can be done to save the stores or close the ones that are not making any profit.

If your business is seeking bankruptcy protection as an option to releive your debt, you need representation on your side that can help you through this difficult time. Contact the Arizona chapter 11 bankruptcy lawyers of the Harmon Law Office today by calling 480-829-0494 today.
