Single mothers and bankruptcy filing

by Administrator 17. December 2009 04:09

Single mothers face a high risk of filing for bankruptcy. Many of these single mothers incur large debts because they are often obligated to pay for their children's expenses.

In some cases, single mothers receive alimony payments and child support, which help with their children's expenses. However, these payments are generally not enough to cover all the expenses.

For this reason, single mothers must take on multiple jobs to pay for their children's expenses, including food and health care.

If you are a single mother considering filing for bankruptcy, contact the Arizona bankruptcy lawyers of the Harmon Law Office at 480-829-0494.
