Which documents are needed for bankruptcy filings?

by Administrator 17. December 2009 04:15

Individuals who are considering filing for bankruptcy need a number of documents. These documents are often used by an attorney to conduct a proper bankruptcy filing.

These documents include a list of creditors, which must include both details about companies and amounts. Attorneys will also need a schedule of assets and liabilities, as well as a statement of income and ordinary expenses.

If you have any questions about which documents you will need for a bankruptcy filing, contact the Arizona bankruptcy attorneys of Harmon Law Office at 480-829-0494.
